Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at THRIVE Wellness. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Currently we ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and United Kingdom.
Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday)
The standard delivery time is 5-15 business days (Monday – Friday)
Shipping is free
While we use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.
Order changes
Once your order has been confirmed, you have 24 hours before the item(s) have been shipped to cancel or modify your order. In case your order has already been shipped, kindly follow the Return Policies stated that correspond to your reason of return.
Item not received
If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered, please kindly contact us via our Contact Request Form or write us at support@shopthrivewellness.com, and we'll try our greatest to help and resolve the issue.
Sometimes tracking information won't be available. This could be due to technical issues because the tracking information isn't yet updated by the courier. In such cases, if you're still unable to track your order after 3 days from the shipping confirmation, contact us via our Contact Request Form or write us at support@shopthrivewellness.com, and we'll assist you to resolve the issue.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.
